The AgeTech project stands out for its disruptive approach, combining advanced research in pharmacological compounds and bioactive substances derived from marine resources with anti-aging properties.
These compounds will be integrated into biotechnological cosmetic formulations using nano-encapsulation techniques, enhancing the efficacy of active ingredients at the cellular level and improving both skin health and appearance.
The research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of skin aging, such as oxidative stress, the degradation of collagen and elastin fibers, and cellular inflammation. The goal is to develop cosmetic products that not only delay these processes but also promote cellular regeneration.
